Ingredients:
* 600 grams of rice
* 1 / 2 diced chicken
* 2 artichokes
* 2 medium red peppers
* 2 ripe tomatoes
* Ground pepper
* A clove of garlic
* Parsley
* 1 strand of saffron (or dye)
* Olive oil (a cup, 1 / 4 liter)
* 1 / 2 lemon
* Rosemary and thyme sprigs
* Sal
By Steps:
Step 1: Fry the chicken with oil. Once fried, boiled with 8 glasses of water.
Step 2: Fry the artichokes, pepper and spread apart the other side fry the tomatoes and garlic.
Step 3: add the rice and give it a few laps with tomato and garlic and stir-fry.
Step 4: The chicken should be boiled and after a 1 / 2 hour before end of saute the rice with tomato and garlic, add everything.
