Alonso resurge........... en inglaterra

El piloto asturiano de Ferrari consiguió su primera victoria de la temporada al salir por delante de Sebastian Vettel en la segunda entrada a boxes. El alemán fue segundo, seguido por su compañero de equipo, Mark Webber. Jaime Alguersuari, en una gran carrera, fue décimo.

Será duradera esta roja felicidad en la que vivimos. España tiene pan para hoy y pan para mañana. Lamb with port

Ingredients for 4 people:

350gr. Arborio rice 

1 leek
4 slices of smoked bacon
80ml.de pomegranate juice
600ml. vegetable stock
50g. butter
50g. Parmesan cheese and pomegranate seeds for garnish.

Preparation:

We start by heating the vegetable broth, while squeeze the grenade as if it were an orange to get the amount needed and we strain. Reserve some seeds for garnish. Cut the leek in Brunoise (diced small) and we cut the bacon into pieces and reserve larger.

Ingredients (4 people)
1'200 kg of rabbit.
80 g of bacon.

How is made:

Chop the bacon with the onion, garlic and rosemary.

Add the grated tomato and watered with wine.
We cover the pan and cook over low heat for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with mashed potatoes or applesauce.

Pork loin beer

Ingredients (4 people)
1 kg of whole pork loin.
Salt and pepper.
1 bay leaf.
1 sprig of rosemary.
1 red bell pepper.
2 large onions.
Dijon mustard.
Dried plum.
1 liter of beer.

 
How is made:

Salad jacket PIPIRRANA

Ingredients (4 people)
1 small cucumber.
1 ripe tomato meaty.
1 red pepper.
1 green pepper.

6 tablespoons olive oil.



 How is made:
