Port rabbit

Ingredients (4 people)
1'200 kg of rabbit.
80 g of bacon.
1 ripe tomato.
1 clove of garlic.
1 onion.
1 sprig of rosemary.
1 glass of port.
4 tablespoons of oil.
Salt and pepper ball.

 
How is made:

Chop the bacon with the onion, garlic and rosemary.
Doramos the bite in a pan and add the diced rabbit, previously seasoned. The rabbit until brown them take a uniform color.
Add the grated tomato and watered with wine.
We cover the pan and cook over low heat for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with mashed potatoes or applesauce.
