Pork loin beer

Ingredients (4 people)
1 kg of whole pork loin.
Salt and pepper.
1 bay leaf.
1 sprig of rosemary.
1 red bell pepper.
2 large onions.
Dijon mustard.
Dried plum.
1 liter of beer.

 
How is made:
